SparkSheets is operated by a sole trader based in Northern Ireland, United Kingdom.

What information we collect

When you use SparkSheets, we collect your email address and payment information when you upgrade to Pro. Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. We do not collect any information about the pupils whose worksheets you generate.

How we use your information

We use your email address solely to manage your subscription and send essential account communications. We do not send marketing emails without your consent. We do not sell your data to third parties under any circumstances.

API Keys

If you enter your own API keys, these are stored locally in your browser only and are never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Cookies and local storage

We use browser local storage to remember your preferences and usage count. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

Your rights under GDPR

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@sparksheets.uk.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. On cancellation we delete your personal data within 30 days.
